100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — For the second night in a row, residents in 100 Mile House will be without emergency room coverage.

Interior Health says the ER at the 100 Mile District General Hospital will be unavailable for 10 hours, between 9:00 p.m. Sunday (April 27) and 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. The ER was also closed for 10 hours Saturday night.

There have been eight ER closures in 100 Mile House this year, and all closures have come since March.

People who need medical care are being told to head to either Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake or Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops.
