Council okays 202-unit rental housing project for Upper Sahali
KAMLOOPS — A proposed 202-unit rental housing complex along Summit Drive in Upper Sahali has had its path to development cleared by Kamloops council.
At Tuesday’s (April 15) regular meeting, council was told the pair of six-storey apartment buildings would be erected across from the base of Springhill Drive, near the Summit Drive on-ramp to the eastbound Trans Canada Highway.

One of the buildings will house 135 units while the other will contain 67 units. Each will offer a mix of one-bedroom and studio suites.
