
Blazers’ Edmonstone a finalist for Scholastic Player of the Year
KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Blazers goaltender Logan Edmonstone has been announced as a finalist for the Western Hockey League’s (WHL) Darryl K. (Doc) Seaman Memorial Trophy for Scholastic Player of the Year.
Edmonstone, 17, finished the season with seven wins and a .891 save percentage in 30 games for the Blazers.
He has also maintained a 95 per cent average throughout his high school tenure, including a 98 per cent grade in Math Pre-Calculus 30 and another 98 per cent in Chemistry 30.
