Kamloops Fire Rescue douses flames at Ord Road mobile home

KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops home along Ord Road was significantly damaged by fire Tuesday evening (April 1) as firefighters were called to the L&E Trailer Park.
Several units responded to the area and were able to extinguish the flames engulfing the unit, which appears to have extensive charring and damage. No serious injuries were reported, however two people were take to hospital for possible smoke inhalation.
Fire investigators are still on scene Wednesday morning (April 2) and no cause has been determined yet.
