Visible RCMP presence descends on Kamloops north shore Tuesday evening

KAMLOOPS — A large police presence is responding to an unknown incident near a home on Angus Street on the city’s North Shore Tuesday evening (April 1).
Images of the scene show at least eight RCMP vehicles, including members of the RCMP’s Emergency Response Team on scene outside a residential property along Angus Street.
There’s no official confirmation on what prompted the police response, or what the nature of the incident is.
Kamloops RCMP have been contacted for details and this story will be updated when more information becomes available.
