THE TATTLE OF HASTINGS: Hawgood reaches Kamloops Sports Hall of Fame

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Blazers legend Greg Hawgood will take his place in the Kamloops Sports Hall of Fame this weekend, with the induction ceremony scheduled for Saturday (April 5) at Colombo Lodge.

Hawgood, a defenceman, racked up 473 points in 310 WHL games and is the second-leading scorer in Blazers’ history.

He played in 484 NHL games during a pro career that spanned 19 seasons.
