Can you identify this alleged Kamloops booze thief?

KAMLOOPS — RCMP would like your help tracking down a man accused of stealing a bottle of booze from a North Shore liquor store.
In a news release issued Wednesday (March 12), Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says the incident was reported to police at about 6:20 p.m. on January 31, from a store in the 700-block of Tranquille Road.
“Police patrolled the area, but a suspect was not located at the time,” said Evelyn. “Since then, an image has been obtained and is being released to the public with the hope that someone will know who he is and call the detachment.”
