Salmon Arm RCMP trying to identify booze stealing suspect

SALMON ARM, B.C. — Salmon Arm RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a theft from a liquor store.
On Feb. 13, RCMP were told of an attempted liquor theft by the same person who was reportedly successful in snagging some booze from the same store days prior.
In a news release issued Sunday (Feb. 23), RCMP unveiled a photo of the suspect: a white man between 30 and 40 years old wearing jeans, a grey winter jacket and a beige or white baseball hat.
Anyone who recognizes the man, or has further information, is asked to contact Salmon Arm RCMP at 250-832-6044.
