Boil water advisory ended for Sun Rivers residents

TK’EMLUPS — The latest boil water advisory that was in effect for residents in Sun Rivers has been rescinded as of Friday (Feb. 14) morning.

The advisory was issued on Monday afternoon (Feb. 10) after a water main break. While Utility provider Bluestem Utilities said repairs were completed to a pipe, the “nature and location of the break” led to the precautionary boil water advisory.

This was the second boil water advisory in Sun Rivers, with the previous one in place from Dec. 31 until Jan. 6.
