Salmon Arm RCMP looking for video and witnesses after pedestrian struck by a vehicle

SALMON ARM, B.C. — RCMP are asking for video and witnesses related to a hit-and-run in Salmon Arm late last week.

Salmon Arm RCMP say officers were told a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near Lakeshore Drive NW and Third Street NW on Friday (Jan. 31) and was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

In a news release issued Sunday (Feb. 2) afternoon, RCMP say the suspect vehicle was described as a white four-door sedan.

Anyone with information or dashcam video along Lakeshore Drive NW between 4:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Friday is asked to contact Salmon Arm RCMP.
