Tk’emlups Rural RCMP searching for two suspects in hunting gear theft
KAMLOOPS — Tk’emlups Rural RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding two suspects related to a break and enter last fall.
In a news release issued Wednesday (Jan. 22) morning, RCMP say two men reportedly broke into a trailer near Sullivan Valley Road between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2024, and stole hunting equipment. The stolen items include two guns, a compound bow, a chainsaw and a welder.
“As part of the investigation, police have obtained two suspect images to release to the public, with the hope that someone will recognize one or both of the men pictured and contact us as soon as possible,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn, Tk’emlúps Rural RCMP Detachment spokesperson says.
