Harper Mountain opening for 51st winter season

KAMLOOPS — Snow was scarce at Harper Mountain throughout much of early December, but it arrived in quantity this week, just in time for the Christmas season.

The T-bar and tube park will be open on Friday (Dec. 20) evening and the chairlift will start turning on Saturday (Dec. 21).

Opening day marks the beginning of the 51st winter season at Harper Mountain.

As CFJC Today reports, a group of RL Clemitson Elementary students got a sneak peek at the tube park on Friday morning.
