Logging truck driver dies after incident on Forest Service Road near Logan Lake

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — A logging trucker is dead after an incident near Logan Lake Monday (Dec. 16).
In an alert with preliminary information, the BC Forest Safety Council (BCSFC) says the driver was killed during an attempt to tow a log truck that had spun out on an icy road.
DriveBC first reported of the incident at a Forest Service Road near Logan Lake at 4:15 a.m. Monday.
BCFSC says contributing factors are not available as the incident is under investigation.
