Kamloops Blazers visit RIH to deliver Teddy bears, with new and expecting moms among recipients

KAMLOOPS — Thousands of stuffed animals and warm winter wear items were collected when the Kamloops Blazers hosted Teddy Bear Toss night on Friday (Dec. 6) at Sandman Centre.

The haul is donated to Royal Inland Hospital and local charitable organizations.

As CFJC Today reports, the Blazers went to the hospital on Tuesday (Dec. 11) toting about 400 Teddys, some of which were delivered in the neonatal intensive care and obstetrics units.
