Kamloops RCMP say officers executed search warrants at three homes Thursday as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation. The homes are located on the 2100-block of Edgemount Avenue and 2500-block of Glenview Avenue in Brocklehurst and the 900-block of Tranquille Road on the North Shore.

“We appreciate the public’s patience during the warrant executions and request that residents please avoid the areas until the police presence is cleared,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says.

While no further information is available as of publication, RCMP say an update will be provided once the warrant executions are complete.
