Man sent to hospital after vehicle goes down embankment in Aberdeen
KAMLOOPS — A man was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after his vehicle went off an embankment in Aberdeen.
In a news release issued Thursday (Nov. 28) morning, Kamloops RCMP say officers responded to Howe Road and Glenmohr Drive at around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 27) for the report of an injured man yelling.
“The vehicle, a brown Honda CRV, was completely demolished after it appeared to have gone off the roadway and crashed through trees on its way downhill,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson says. “No one else was present or reported injured in the area, and the investigation into what exactly transpired is ongoing.”
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information or video that may be related, including dash camera footage that could have captured the vehicle prior to falling off the embankment, is asked to contact Kamloops RCMP.
