Merritt RCMP seek rightful owner of abandoned wood splitter

MERRITT, B.C. — The Merritt RCMP detachment would like to reunite a recovered wood splitter with its rightful owner.
The splitter was found in downtown Merritt on October 7. In a news release, the detachment says the yellow Champion 9-ton splitter has not been reported lost or stolen.
Anyone believing the wood splitter is their’s is asked to contact Cst. Joey Piatelli at (250) 378-4262 and be prepared to provide proof of ownership.
