Heat knock off Storm on Mac Isle

KAMLOOPS — Kaleb Preymak scored twice for the Chase Heat in a 4-3 victory over the Kamloops Storm in Kootenay International Junior Hockey League play on Saturday (Nov. 2) at McArthur Island Sport and Event Centre.
Aiden Hicks and Lynden Robertson also tallied for the Heat, with Meyer Gaume stopping 36 shots to pick up the win between the pipes.
Nikolas Dimopoulos, Aaron Zulinick and Noah Paulsen scored for the Storm in support of goaltender Brenner Fyfe, who made 45 saves in a losing effort.
Chase improved to 6-5-2-0, while Kamloops dropped to 7-8-1-0.
