Storm stage comeback, but fall in OT to Wranglers; Kamloops to host Chase on Saturday
100 Mile House — Jaden Rusznak scored in overtime to lift his 100 Mile House Wranglers to a 4-3 victory over the visiting Kamloops Storm on Friday (Nov. 1) in Kootenay International Junior Hockey League action.
Ryan Larsen scored twice for Kamloops and Kade Lawlor tallied late in the third period to tie the game at 3-3 and secure a point for the visitors.
Dawson Holitzki made 38 saves in a losing effort.
Matthew Balderston, Everett Boucher and Dawson Harden also scored for 100 Mile House in support of goaltender Jaidyn Shaw, who stopped 34 shots to pick up the victory between the pipes.
