Shots fired near notorious North Shore home Saturday: Kamloops RCMP
KAMLOOPS — RCMP are asking for tips after an early morning shootout between two suspects near a notorious home on the Kamloops North Shore.
At about 7:25 a.m. on Saturday (Oct. 19), RCMP officers were summoned to the 100-block of Oak Road for the report of shots fired.
No one was injured and investigators determined two suspect vehicles fled north on Tranquille Road.
“The investigation indicates this was targeted,” said Southeast District RCMP spokesperson Cpl. James Grandy in a news release. “Incidents such as this pose a danger to everyone in the community, and we’re doing everything we can to identify them.”
