Election polls close; candidates await results of B.C. election

KAMLOOPS — 8:00 p.m. Pacific time has passed and the polls have closed in the B.C. election.

Now, the candidates await the results.

Here in Kamloops, the B.C. Conservatives have gathered at Match Eatery — including candidates Peter Milobar and Ward Stamer.

Their NDP opponents — Maddi Genn and Kamal Grewal — are at Red Beard on the North Shore.
