SURVEILLANCE VIDEO: SUV flips, crashes in downtown Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Traffic was briefly snarled on the east side of the city’s downtown Wednesday afternoon (Oct. 9) after a car flipped on Battle Street.

In surveillance video captured by The Garage auto shop, a vehicle driving in the westbound lanes becomes out of control, airborne and flips.

RCMP say the call came in for a vehicle rollover near the 1200-block of Battle Street around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

There is no official word yet on the extent of injuries to those involved.
