Grass fire in Valleyview under control

Kamloops Fire Rescue responded on Monday afternoon to a grass fire at the corner of Owl Road and Valleyview Drive.

Michael Reeve of CFJC Today was at the scene and said crews appeared to have the blaze under control as of about 4:10 p.m. on Monday.

Traffic in the area has been impacted, so those driving may experience delays.
