Broncos to host Huskers on Sunday in pivotal B.C. Football Conference tilt

KAMLOOPS — With a victory on Sunday (Sept. 15), the Kamloops Broncos would push themselves into the thick of the B.C. Football Conference post-season race.

Kamloops will play host to the Valley Huskers of Chilliwack, a 2 p.m. start at Hillside Stadium.

The Broncos are 1-5 this season and sit fifth in league standings. The top four teams will qualify for the post-season.

Valley is fourth, with a record of 3-3 that includes a 51-7 triumph over Kamloops on July 27 in Chilliwack.

Kamloops will finish regular-season play with three games against the only two teams below them in league standings, the Vancouver Island Raiders (1-6) of Nanaimo and the Prince George Kodiaks (1-7).
