Man pronounced dead at the scene after motorcycle reportedly leaves roadway on Halston Avenue

KAMLOOPS — A man is dead following a single-vehicle collision on Halston Avenue over the weekend.

Kamloops RCMP say responders were called to the 300-block of Halston Avenue at around 3:27 a.m. Saturday (Aug. 31) where an eastbound motorcycle reportedly left the roadway and crashed.

In a news release issued Thursday afternoon, RCMP say a bystander was on scene assisting with CPR, but the motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
