SUN PEAKS — Three-time Juno Award nominee singer-songwriter Jill Barber will headline The Create Festival on Sept. 7 at Sun Peaks Resort.

The festival celebrates arts and culture in Sun Peaks, offering a blend of music, visual arts and performances.
