All-clear notice issued for Wells Gray Country, Lower North Thompson properties: Dunn Creek wildfire

An evacuation alert issued by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District on Sunday (Aug. 4) due to the Dunn Creek wildfire has been downgraded to all clear effective at 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
The notice impacts approximately 36 addressed properties in Electoral Area “A” (Wells Gray Country) and Electoral Area “O” (Lower North Thompson).
Evacuation alerts and orders can be reinstated if conditions change.
