Two dead in Highway 1 crash near Boston Bar

BOSTON BAR, B.C. — A crash killed two people on the Trans Canada Highway near Boston Bar Thursday afternoon (July 11).
In a news release, BC Highway Patrol says emergency responders were called to the scene at about 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
When police arrived, they discovered the two fatalities. Investigators are now calling on motorists with dashcam footage to contact BC Highway Patrol.
The highway is closed in both directions as investigators probe the scene and crews work to clean up the wreckage.
