KAMLOOPS — Jacob Dumansky has inked a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the Kamloops Blazers.

The club nabbed Dumansky, a 6-foot-1, 160-pound forward from Langley, earlier this year in the second round of the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft.

Dumansky, 15, racked up 21 goals and 49 points in 27 games last season for the under-15 Yale Hockey Academy prep team in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League.

The Blazers have signed five players from the 2024 prospects’ draft, including Dumansky (44th overall) forwards Asher Gingras (Round 1, 22nd overall) and Cole Secord (Round 3, 62nd overall) and defencemen Joaquin Geras (Round 2, 26th overall) and Madden Tymchak (Round 3, 46th overall).
