And the 2024 Kamloops Y Dream Home Lottery grand prize winner is…

KAMLOOPS — The child is grown, the dream home is drawn.

The Kamloops Y held its 2024 Dream Home Lottery Wednesday (June 26) morning.

In a livestream video posted to social media, the winner of the home in the Orchard’s Walk development in Valleyview was unveiled as Katherine Martin of Kamloops. The 2024 Dream Home features three bedrooms, one home office room, three bathrooms and more than 2,600 square feet of space.

Additionally, the winner of the 50/50 draw was unveiled as Dan Peterson of Kamloops. He’ll take home more than $420,000.
