Report of screams leads to seizure of brass knuckles, drugs in downtown Kamloops
KAMLOOPS β A person pointing a Kamloops RCMP in the direction of a noise complaint revealed a little too much last week.
In a news release, detachment spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says officers were called downtown on the evening of June 13 after a report of a person screaming.
Officers went past a parking lot in the 600-block of Seymour Street and asked a group of people where the screams originated.
βOne of the people in the group allegedly raised their arm and pointed toward where they thought the screams were coming from, revealing a pair of brass knuckles on his hand,β said Evelyn.
