KAMLOOPS — The Wenatchee AppleSox overpowered the Kamloops NorthPaws in West Coast League baseball action on Saturday (June 15) at Norbrock Stadium.

Wenatchee scored six runs in the fourth inning en route to a 13-2 victory to improve to 11-3 on the campaign and pad its position atop North Division standings.

Quincy Vassar picked up the win on the mound for the visitors. Derek Murphy was the losing pitcher.

Jacob Schlesselman had two RBI for the NorthPaws, who are on a six-game losing streak and will try to avoid a weekend series sweep on Sunday.
