CFJC TV named a finalist for two regional RTDNA awards

KAMLOOPS — CFJC TV has been named a finalist for a pair of major news industry awards.
The Radio Television Digital News Association revealed the finalists for its 2024 Western Region awards this week.
CFJC TV is a finalist in the category of Best TV Newscast for our Evening News broadcast on August 3, 2023. That was the day a raging wildfire led to the evacuation of communities around Adams Lake.
Our station is also nominated for Best Feature News for a story put together by videojournalist Adam Donnelly on Luke Verhoeff, a 19-year-old Kamloops man whose ability to communicate was unlocked by a revolutionary new learning technique.
