Pop Buzz with Kendrick Lamar and Billie Eilish
Kendrick Lamar has shared plans for a big concert in Los Angeles to celebrate Juneteenth. “The Pop Out Ken & Friends” show is set to take place at the Kia Forum on June 19. The lineup for the concert has not been announced, but Lamar has a lot of creative collaborators in the rap world to call on. The show comes two days after Lamar’s 37th birthday, with the rapper currently holding the No. 2 song in the country with “Not Like Us.” (Vibe)
Billie Eilish has shared a new music video for her song “Chihiro.” The video stars actor Nat Wolff, from The Fault In Our Stars, alongside Billie, and is directed by Eilish herself. It is the second music video made for Eilish’s new record, Hit Me Hard and Soft, following the previous video for “Lunch.” Eilish posted a clip of the new vid on Instagram, saying it is “one of my favorite videos i’ve made & truly one of the greatest days of my life.” (Billboard)
