Do you recognize this Kamloops theft suspect?

KAMLOOPS — RCMP would like your help tracking down a suspect in a Kamloops theft.

On Sunday, May 12, an off-duty police officer arrested two women after they allegedly stole items from a store in the 1000-block of Hillside Drive.

Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says one of the women was assaulting the officer, allowing the second woman to flee.

“As part of the investigation, police obtained a photo to release to the public with a request for assistance in identifying her,” said Evelyn in a news release.
