BCWS reports spot fire north of Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — A spot fire has ignited north of Kamloops.

The BC Wildfire’s dashboard is reporting a 0.3 hectare blaze near Edwards Creek that is currently classified as ‘out of control’.

The location is off Heffley-Louis Creek Road just past the Knouff Lake Road turnoff.

Currently no details are available regarding the BC Wildfire Response to the blaze.
