Kamloops RCMP release video hoping to identify vehicle in downtown break-in
KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP released a short video in hopes to forward an investigation into a downtown break-in earlier this month.
In a news release issued Monday (March 25), RCMP say officers responded to the report of a glass break at a business on the 400-block of Lorne Street at around 5:10 a.m. on Saturday, March 9. Skin care products were stolen from the business.
“The break and enter happened very quickly, but luckily someone in the area captured a short video clip that shows two people getting into a white SUV that quickly drives away, following the break-in,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says. “We are releasing the video in case anyone recognizes the vehicle or its occupants or has additional footage that could be linked and help identify the suspects.”
