Kamloops club celebrates success at CrossFit Open

KAMLOOPS — Tournament Capital Strength and Conditioning placed first in B.C., fourth in Canada and 69th in the world in the Crossfit Open, a global fitness competition that emphasizes challenging and accessible workouts.
The event featured an End of the Roll money heat, awarding cash prizes to top performers in various categories — Bryn Bourne (scaled women category), Hannah Sachs (RX women) and Ben Creasser (RX men).
Competitors raised $1,620 for KidSport Kamloops, with $10 from each registration fee earmarked for the organization that helps youth access organized sport.
