Kamloops RCMP looking for two suspects and truck involved in North Shore assault

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are looking for two suspects and a truck as part of an assault investigation on the North Shore.

In a news release, RCMP say officers were called to a business on the 900-block of Eighth Street at around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday (March 5) for the report of an assault involving two suspects. One of the suspects was reportedly armed with what appeared to be a handgun.

“On scene, officers located a victim with obvious injuries that were fortunately non-life threatening,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn states. “The motive for the assault is unknown at this time.”

RCMP released three images with hopes that someone will recognize the suspects or the truck.

The first suspect is described as a middle-aged white man wearing a brown and plaid jacket and dark pants.
