Multiple injuries in Philadelphia bus shooting, following 3 fatal gunfire incidents in as many days
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Authorities in Philadelphia say another shooting involving a city bus resulted in multiple bystanders being injured Wednesday, following three fatal gunfire incidents on the transit system in as many days.
The latest shooting took place in the afternoon in a northeastern neighborhood, said John Golden, a spokesperson for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, or SEPTA.
The injured were people on the street, Golden said. The were taken to Einstein and Torresdale hospitals.
The bus was hit by gunfire.
