Storm shut out 4-0 in game three, trail playoff series to Eagles 2-1

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Storm trail their first round Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) playoff series to the Sicamous Eagles 2-1.
The Storm were shut out in game three of the best-of-seven series 4-0 Monday (Feb. 26) night in Sicamous. Kamloops gave up the opening goal halfway through the first period and couldn’t solve Eagles goaltender Dylan Marshall, who made 430 saves for the shutout. The Eagles added two power play goals in the second and a shorthanded goal in the third en route to the win.
Game four is scheduled to take place Tuesday night. Puck drop is at 7 p.m. from the Sicamous & District Recreation Centre.
The Storm to tie the series 2-2 ahead of returning home for game five Friday at McArthur Park Arena.
