RCMP searching for missing woman last seen in Merritt

MERRITT, B.C. — RCMP in Merritt are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 27-year-old woman.

In a news release issued Thursday (Feb. 22), police say Tara Moran was reported missing on Wednesday after last being seen in Merritt on Jan. 31.

Moran is described as standing 5’11” and weighing 141 lbs with black hair and hazel eyes. RCMP say they’re concerned for Moran’s health and well-being.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tara Moran is asked to contact their local police detachment or BC Crime Stoppers.
