Family Day Festival to take over TCC Monday

KAMLOOPS — The Tournament Capital Centre (TCC) in Kamloops will be the place to be on Family Day Monday (Feb 19).

The 10th annual Family Day Festival will run from 10:00-2:00.

“Community organizations and businesses will bring a wide range of family-focused activities together in one place. Festival goers will have an opportunity to get creative with arts and crafts, have their faces painted, enjoy live performances, experiment with science, play new sports, and try some musical instruments. Food vendors with delicious offerings will be on site,” reads a release from the City of Kamloops.

Along with the TCC, public skating will be available at the Valleyview Arena between 10:00-11:00 and 11:15-12:15.
