Blazers win in overtime against Kelowna Rockets

KELOWNA – The Kamloops Blazers were in Kelowna last night (Jan. 26) to take on the Rockets.
Kelowna was leading the game in the first period, but Kamloops responded well and secured a 4-3 victory in overtime. Nathan Behm scored twice for the Blazers, while Ashton Fester and Jordan Keller scored one goal each.
Jesse Sanche faced 31 shots in the win and Jari Kykkanen saved 39 for the Rockets.
The teams will battle again tonight (Jan. 27) at 6 p.m. inside Sandman Centre.
