WolfPack men’s fall short to Heat

KELOWNA – The Thompson Rivers WolfPack men’s basketball team is visiting the UBC Okaganan Heat this weekend. The team couldn’t secure a victory last night (Jan. 19) and lost 73-70.

The loss is the seventh time this season, and second game in a row, that the squad have lost by six points or less. With the result, the ‘Pack falls to 3-8 on the season.

Along with the Heat and Lethbridge Pronghorns, TRU sits one game behind UFV for the final playoff spot in the conference.

The WolfPack will battle again this afternoon against the Heat, with the game set to start at 3 p.m.
