Advance voting begins in by-election for spot on Chase council

CHASE, B.C. — Voting begins Wednesday (Jan. 10) in the Village of Chase by-election.

Residents are electing one councillor to fill the spot vacated by Ron Harder, who resigned last fall.

The six candidates for the council spot include former mayor Rick Berrigan and former councillor Alison Lauzon.

Other candidates are Kim Campbell, Beverley Iglesias, Dan Stevens and Tanja Wilson.

Advance voting takes place Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Village of Chase municipal office.
