Geotechnical investigation underway on Highway 5 north of Heffley Creek

KAMLOOPS — Drivers may experience brief delays on Highway 5 north of Heffley Creek Wednesday (Jan. 3) morning.

DriveBC says traffic on a stretch of Highway 5 North is reduced to single-lane alternating due a geotechnical investigation into a rock slide between River Heights Drive and Lyons Road.

DriveBC says the geotechnical investigation will last until 10 a.m. Wednesday.
