Donations way down for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle Campaign

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Salvation Army is in need of donations for its annual Christmas Kettle campaign, which has experienced a considerable reduction in contributions this year.

The initiative provides care for disaster victims, offers meals for families and individuals, organizes programs for children and much more.

Kettles can be found at retail outlets throughout the city, and donations are accepted in cash form, by cheque or tap. If a volunteer isn’t available, those interested can choose the amount they would like to donate and tap their card.
