Service for TRU’s Owyn McInnis Saturday in Guelph

QUELPH ONTARIO — A memorial service for Owyn McInnis, the TRU Wolfpack Men’s Volleyball player who tragically died in a vehicle accident in late November is set for this afternoon in Guelph, Ontario.

McInnis, the fourth-year outside hitter from Guelph, Ontario, was identified by his mother on social media as one of the three TRU WolfPack men’s volleyball players who were struck by a Dodge Ram truck near McGill Road and University Drive.

The service begins at 11:30 A.M. PST.

A scholarship has been created in McInnis’ name at TRU to support future volleyball players. Anyone who would like to donate to the scholarship can do so online.
