Kamloops RCMP looking for wanted man on unendorsed warrants

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man.

Emmanual Christian David Brooks, 32, is wanted on unendorsed warrants for theft under $5,000 and possession of a weapon while prohibited.

• 5’10’’
• 170 lbs
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes
